Okonomiyaki

The ultimate favorite in Osaka and a must-try for every visitor. Made of a mix of batter and cabbage, and anything else you please, then cooked on a hotplate and topped with okonomiyaki sauce, kewpie mayonnaise, and dancing bonito flakes. Hiroshima also has its own style of okonomiyaki. It's up to you to decide which one you prefer.
